A story that lives and feeds on enthusiasm since it was born, the one of Castagno’s family historically, in love with its product, faithful to the consumer’s respect because of its culture and its education.
A past that starts with Pietro Castagno and his milling activity at the beginning of the twentieth century. The activity is fed by the wish and the initiative of a man that strongly believes in pure real foodstuff.
This tradition has gone on until 1970, when Bruno Castagno decided to expand this family activity flanking pasta-making, extrusion and toasting to the milling.
Values have not changed after a century, respect and defence of the natural balance and of human health come at the first place.
That is why Castagno is the first Italian firm to transform organic food, choosing exclusively renewable sources of energy in order to guarantee organic food of a high value, healthy and studied for every daily necessity.
